What do I need to know before investing in real estate?

You can be a complete newbie to real estate investing. Our community is designed in a way that helps you grasp basics of realestate investing. We start from scratch and do live QnA sessions to solve questions.

How much capital is required to start investing in real estate?

People say you do not need any capital to start investing and leverage Money. But i’d suggest as a newbie a beginner investor you should have atleast 25-35k. You don’t need it today tho. Also, there are multiple ways to generate money you might already have available in different forms.

How can I identify where to invest?

There are several factors which will guide you on how to select market. We will discuss this in our community and also i’ve recorded some videos on how I select the  markets.
